Elvis Toast

Ingredients
  • 1 p. whole wheat bread
  • 4 tsp. coconut oil
  • 3 Tbs. peanut butter
  • ½ ripe, sliced, banana
  • A handful chocolate stevia chips
Instructions
  1. Spread coconut oil on both sides of your bread. Set your oven to 550 F on the broil setting.
  2. Place your toast on the oven rack and broil until the coconut oil has turned a golden brown.
  3. Take yo’ toast out of the oven and reduce the heat to 350 F on the bake setting.
  4. Spread the peanut butter on your toast along with the sliced banana and sprinkle of stevia chips. Stick the toast back in the oven for a grand total of however long it takes for the chips to melt.
