- 1 (heaping) Tbs. Nutribiotic Rice Protein
- 1 Tbs. cocoa powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp. flax seed
- 1 Tbs. almond butter
- Toss all of your ingredients into a blender and crank that thing up!
- Really, though, that’s all you do. : )
