- 2 Idaho potatoes
- 3 tsp. water
- Cracked black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- Preheat oven to 350. Wash your potatoes.
- Slice into 'chiplets', basically cube the spuds and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the water over the potatoes along with the pepper and pepper flakes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
