Oil/Salt Free Potato Chiplets

Ingredients
  • 2 Idaho potatoes
  • 3 tsp. water
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Wash your potatoes.
  2. Slice into 'chiplets', basically cube the spuds and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle the water over the potatoes along with the pepper and pepper flakes.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
