In a mixer, beat 2 cups flour, brown sugar, earth balance, and oreos on medium speed. Press the mixture with your hands into a 13x9-inch ungreased pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
while crust is baking, beat cream cheese, sugar, remaining ¼ c. flour, and energ egg replacer with an electric mixer on medium speed until thick and fluffy.
Pour cream cheese mixture over the cookies.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until topping is set.
Cool for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Cut into 24 bars an top each with a miniature Oreo.
Store covered in refrigerator.
