Blueberry Muffins

- 4½ c. whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. energ egg
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- 2 c. almond milk
- 1 c. olive oil
- ½ c. honey
- 2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
- Mix dry ingredients plus blueberries in a large bowl.
- Add wet and stir.
- Pour into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
