Substitutions for Allergies
A note on these: in any of my recipes, when it calls for “earth balance” or “ener-g egg replacer”, these can be replaced with dairy butter and real eggs if you are not allergic to them. I use these for my allergies, but if you have no problems with food then use whatever butters, milks, and even flours you have at hand.
